After 30 Years, A New Chapter

After 30 years of practicing law together, we want to share that we have officially wound down our law firm, Osborne & Nesbitt LLP.

Gary is retiring from the practice of law and looks forward to spending more time with family and friends, traveling, studying, playing tennis, sailing, and pursuing other long-standing interests outside of work.

Dominic will continue his policyholder insurance coverage practice as Of Counsel with the San Diego law firm of Franklin Soto Leeds LLP.

As we move into this next chapter, we do so with deep gratitude for the staff, friends, clients, co-counsel, colleagues, experts, opposing counsel, mediators, judges, and court personnel it has been our privilege to work with over the past 30 years.
